![]() The frequent flipping cooks the steak evenly and creates a better crust. Flip the steak every 2 minutes for a total of 10-15 minute cook time. Place the marinared steak directly on the grates for direct heat cooking. You want the grill to be at a high temperature to get the perfect cook and sear on your steak.
